Terms & Conditions – 2025 Sophrology Programs
1. Registration & Payment
Full payment of the program fee is required to secure your spot.
Payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future program if cancellation occurs within the allowed timeframe (see Section 2).
Registration is confirmed once payment is received.
The program is transferable to a third party if the original participant is unable to attend.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you cancel at least 48 hours before the first session, you may transfer your payment to a future program within 6 months.
Cancellations made less than 48 days before the first session or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.
If the program is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer, participants will have the option to choose between an alternative date or a full refund.
3. Attendance & Participation for Online Sessions
Online sessions are conducted online via Zoom.
Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection for online sessions.
4. Venue & Responsibility for In-Person Sessions
The venue for in-person sessions is pre-booked based on the number of registered participants.
If the venue becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative location will be provided.

By registering for this program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
